Everybody in this world wants to be remembered. Nobody in this world wants to be forgotten. Nobody wants to be alone. He/she wants to meets new people. He wants to exchange thoughts. He wants to know what is going around the world. That’s why he celebrates his/her birthday and gives a birthday party.
 
List of Guests: Before throwing a party we should prepare the list of people that would be attending the party. This would be beneficial as our budget is limited. This would help in further decision like food budget and decoration.

Budget: Birthday is an annual event so we must have done savings. We know how much we are doing to spend. This would help in skimming some of the guests, decoration and food items.
 
Party Planning
Timings: At what time the birthday party would begin? Evenings are the best time. At this particular time most of the people return home and finish most of their daily work.
 
Decoration: How we are going to decorate the party place? It would be only balloons or it would be a happy birthday banner? The lightings are also an important part. The place should be spacious. There should be sufficient chairs for the guests to sit.
 
Cake: The most important event of a birthday. The place where the cake would be cut? On what furniture where the cake would be placed? How many candles would be placed on the cake? The candles would be placed on the border or it would be at the center?
 
Food: When the guests would arrive what they would be served? They would be served with cold drink or some other beverage? A chilled glass of cold drink would be fine. Before dinner serving tomato soup would be a best idea. For dinner two vegetables, two to three roti’s, some sweet items would be a good idea.  At the last serving ice-cream and cold drink would be a good idea. The placing of the food items at one place which is easily reachable should be planned before to avoid no confusion.

This would make the birthday memorable.
